  • Handle international customer queries via voice process

  • Deliver world-class customer service with professionalism

  • Adapt to night shifts and changing business schedules

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: ₹3.85 – ₹4.56 LPA

  • Zeta Meal Card: ₹13,200 PA

  • Internet Allowance: ₹15,000 PA (for WFH only)
